Effective date: 9 October 2026. This policy covers cookies and similar storage used when accessing SantonViva through a browser or the SantonViva app's web content.

What these technologies do

Cookies and local storage can remember a login, basket, preferences and security information. Provider tools can also use identifiers for analytics, communications, maps or marketing, depending on the features and settings in use. A tool's presence does not mean that every possible tracking feature is active.

Essential and optional uses

Essential technologies support functions such as authentication, checkout, fraud prevention and maintaining a basket. Optional analytics or marketing technologies have different purposes and must have any consent or other permission required by law. Accepting shopping terms is not a blanket agreement to optional tracking. We should explain optional purposes before asking for a choice and respect withdrawal of consent where relied upon.

Your controls

Use any cookie-choice controls presented on the site and your browser or device settings to manage stored information. You can delete existing cookies and block future ones; doing so may sign you out or disrupt the basket and checkout. Blocking a cookie does not necessarily stop every kind of server-side processing. The mobile app's web content may have separate storage from your usual browser. Uninstalling the app does not close a marketplace account.

Providers and questions

Third-party payment, hosting, map, communication and analytics services may process information under their own notices and the relevant arrangements with SantonViva. The Privacy Policy explains purposes, sharing, overseas processing and requests. Ask sales@santonviva.com for information about a particular cookie or provider, or to raise a concern about an optional technology operating without the required choice. We will review this policy when the technologies or their purposes change.
