Request account deletion

You can request deletion of your SantonViva customer or seller account and the personal data connected to it.

How to submit your request

1. Contact us using the email or WhatsApp link below.
2. Provide the email address or phone number registered on your account.
3. We will verify that the account belongs to you before deleting it.

What will be deleted

Your profile details, saved addresses and other personal account information will be deleted or anonymised where appropriate. Some transaction records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, accounting, tax, dispute resolution or other legal obligations. We will explain any required retention when confirming your request.
