About SantonViva
SantonViva is a Ugandan online marketplace connecting customers with approved independent sellers offering fashion, beauty, electronics, home, baby, and lifestyle products.
Our goal is to make online shopping more convenient while giving local sellers a professional platform through which they can present their products, reach new customers, and grow their businesses.
How SantonViva works
Customers browse products and place orders through SantonViva. During our current launch stage, products are prepared and dispatched directly by participating sellers after order confirmation. SantonViva provides the online marketplace, coordinates orders, supports customers and sellers, and helps resolve delivery, return, and refund concerns.
Our physical pickup and fulfilment station is planned for a future stage. Until it is introduced, customers should rely only on delivery or return instructions confirmed through SantonViva or the relevant approved seller.

We are starting carefully with a limited group of sellers and will strengthen our systems as the marketplace grows.
