Become a SantonViva Seller

Join SantonViva’s growing Ugandan online marketplace and create a professional store for your products.

Registration is free, but seller accounts are reviewed before approval. SantonViva is beginning with a limited group of sellers so that each store, product listing, and fulfilment process can be properly supported.

Before you register

Approval journey: Application received → Identity verification → Store setup → Product review → Approved seller.

Please be ready to provide:

• Your correct name, telephone number, WhatsApp contact, and email address.
• Your proposed store name and dispatch location.
• A clear store logo, banner, and short business description.
• Accurate Mobile Money or bank payout details after approval.
• Clear photographs, prices, descriptions, variations, and stock information for your products.
• A valid Ugandan National ID or passport for identity verification during approval. Do not send it through public chat; SantonViva will request it through a secure review channel.

How selling currently works

1. Submit the registration form below.
2. SantonViva reviews your contact and store information.
3. Approved sellers complete store setup and product-listing checks.
4. When an order is confirmed, the seller prepares and dispatches the product directly to the customer.
5. SantonViva coordinates the marketplace, order record, customer support, and dispute or return assistance.

Key seller terms

• SantonViva currently charges a 18% commission on each successful sale.
• Eligible balances cleared by Monday at 6:00 p.m. are scheduled for Wednesday payment after delivery confirmation and the seven-day return period.
• Products must be lawful, genuine, accurately priced, in stock, and correctly described.
• Sellers must prepare confirmed orders promptly and use clean, protective packaging.
• Customer information may be used only as necessary to fulfil the authorised order.
• Counterfeit goods, misleading listings, repeated cancellations, and serious policy violations may result in restrictions.
