Delivery Information

This page explains how delivery works when you shop on santonviva.com. Please read it together with our Payment & Refund Policy and Return Policy.

Delivery areas

Santon Aura Fashions (SAF) is gradually expanding delivery coverage. We currently deliver to selected areas in and around major towns in Uganda. During checkout, you will see if delivery is available for your location. In areas where we do not yet deliver, we may offer pickup or contact you to agree on an alternative arrangement where possible.

Delivery time

We aim to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible. Actual delivery time depends on your location, the product and the vendor. In general:

  • Within main town centers: usually 1–3 working days after order confirmation.
  • Outside town centers or upcountry locations: usually 3–7 working days after order confirmation.

Public holidays, weekends, weather and other factors can sometimes cause delays, but we always try to keep you informed.

Delivery fees

Delivery fees may vary depending on:

  • Your location
  • Size and weight of the items
  • Type of delivery (standard or special arrangements)

The delivery fee (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order. In some promotions or locations, delivery may be discounted or free.

Order processing

Once you place an order and your payment method is confirmed (online payment or cash on delivery where available):

  1. The vendor or SAF team prepares your items for dispatch.
  2. Our delivery partner or rider picks up the package.
  3. The rider will contact you on the phone number provided to arrange delivery.

Please make sure your phone number and address are correct so that we can reach you easily.

Track your order

You can follow the status of your order using the Track My Order page on santonviva.com. You will need your Order ID and Billing Email as shown on your confirmation email. If you have any difficulty, you can also contact us for assistance.

Failed deliveries

If the rider is unable to reach you after several attempts, or if the address is incorrect, delivery may be postponed or the order may be cancelled. In such cases we will try to contact you to reschedule or clarify the address. For prepaid orders, our normal refund rules will apply where relevant.

Receiving your order

When your order arrives:

  • Check the package for obvious damage before accepting it.
  • If something is clearly wrong or damaged, please inform the rider immediately and also contact us so that we can assist you according to our Return Policy.

For some items, you may be required to sign or confirm receipt.
