Warranty and Repairs

Effective date: 9 October 2026. Product-specific warranties are additional to your legal rights. SantonViva does not impose one warranty duration on every product.

Check the listing

Any commercial warranty should identify the provider, duration, territorial coverage, covered faults, exclusions and claim process before purchase. Keep your order confirmation, warranty information and any serial number. A manufacturer or seller promise does not automatically become a separate manufacturer warranty from SantonViva, but SantonViva remains responsible for obligations that apply to it by law or its own express promise.

Faults and remedies

Contact sales@santonviva.com or +256 700 948 008 with the order reference and a description of the fault. Photographs or diagnostic information may help; an unboxing video is not mandatory for a statutory claim. We will coordinate with the responsible seller or warranty provider and explain inspection, safe return and the proposed remedy. Repair, replacement or refund will depend on the applicable right and circumstances. A mandatory refund cannot be replaced with store credit without your agreement.

Fair exclusions and safe repairs

Accidental damage, misuse or unauthorised alteration may affect a commercial warranty only to the extent the relevant terms and law permit and the issue is supported by evidence. An exclusion cannot excuse an unrelated inherent defect or a misleading listing. Packaging loss, a sale discount or expiry of an additional warranty does not automatically extinguish statutory rights.

Do not continue using an unsafe product. Do not send batteries, liquids or dangerous goods without safe instructions. Before a paid repair, the provider must explain the diagnosis, estimate, authorisation needed and expected timing. No additional repair charge may be imposed without agreement. Back up and remove personal data from a device where safe and practical, and never give a technician your payment PIN or unnecessary account credentials.

Escalation

Ask support for review if you disagree with a decision and retain the explanation and evidence. Payment-provider, regulator and court remedies remain available. The Refund and Returns Policy explains cancellation rights and refund deadlines; this page does not reduce them.
