Payment & Refund Policy

Welcome to Santon Aura Fashions (SAF). This page explains how payments, refunds, and returns work on santonviva.com. By placing an order, you agree to this Payment & Refund Policy together with our Terms & Conditions.

Accepted payment methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • MTN Mobile Money
  • Airtel Money
  • Visa, Mastercard and other bank cards (processed securely via Flutterwave)

All online card and mobile money payments are processed through Flutterwave, a trusted and secure payment gateway.

How online payments work

When you place an order and choose an online payment method, you will be redirected to a secure Flutterwave payment page. You enter your card or mobile money details and confirm the payment. After successful payment, you are redirected back to santonviva.com and you will receive an order confirmation email.

If payment fails, your order will not be confirmed. You can try again or choose a different payment method.

Cash on Delivery (if available)

In selected locations, we may offer Cash on Delivery (COD). With COD, you pay the rider when your order is delivered. For large or high-value orders we may call you to verify the order before dispatch. If we cannot reach you, delivery may be delayed or cancelled.

Prices, fees and currency

All prices on santonviva.com are shown in Ugandan Shillings (UGX). Delivery fees, if applicable, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. We may update prices, offers or delivery fees at any time, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Refund and return summary

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a wrong item, a damaged or defective item, or a product that is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After reviewing your request, we may:

  • arrange for a replacement, or
  • issue a refund to your original payment method, or
  • provide a store credit or voucher.

Some products cannot be returned for hygiene or customization reasons (for example underwear, some beauty products, or customized items). These exceptions will be clearly communicated on the product page where possible. Please also refer to our full Return Policy page for detailed conditions.

How to request a refund or return

To request a refund or return, please contact us with your Order ID, clear photos of the product (if it is damaged or defective), and a short explanation of the issue. Items should be unused, in their original packaging and with all tags or labels still attached, unless the item arrived damaged.

Our team will review your request and guide you on pickup, exchange or refund options depending on your location and the product category.
