🚚 Shipping & Delivery – Santon Aura Fashions

At Santon Aura Fashions, we work with riders and partners to deliver orders safely to you around Kampala and nearby towns. We are starting with a simple, single delivery option and will keep expanding our coverage over time.

1. Current Delivery Areas

For launch, we deliver within Kampala and selected nearby towns along the main roads and corridors below:

🟢 Kampala & Surrounding Areas

We deliver in:

  • Central Kampala & suburbs
  • Kyanja, Kisaasi, Mpererwe
  • Kawanda, Wampeewo
  • Kasangati, Gayaza
  • Nansana, Wakiso Town
  • Naakulabye, Namungoona

These are considered our primary nearby coverage areas.

🟢 Gayaza – Kayunga Corridor (Near Towns)

Along the Gayaza–Kayunga Road, we currently serve towns that are near the main road, including:

  • Kasangati
  • Gayaza
  • Manyangwa
  • Nakwero
  • Kiwenda
  • Kijabijo

We are planning to expand deeper along this road (Kalagi, Nagalama, Nakifuma, Kayunga, etc.) as we grow.

🟢 Mukono Side & Jinja Road (Near Towns)

Along Kampala–Jinja Highway and the Mukono side, we deliver to:

  • Kireka
  • Bweyogerere
  • Namboole area
  • Namanve
  • Seeta
  • Mukono Town
  • Nearby areas close to the main highway

Further towns like Lugazi, Najjembe, Njeru and Jinja City are planned for a later phase. For now, we mainly focus on the nearer side of the Jinja highway and Mukono.

🟢 Hoima Road (Up to Nearby Towns)

Along Kampala–Hoima Road, we deliver to nearby towns such as:

  • Nansana
  • Wakiso Town
  • Kakiri (town along the main road)

Coverage beyond this (up to Busunju and further) will be added in future as we finalize our logistics.

2. Standard Delivery Fee (Launch Phase)

For now, we are using one simple delivery fee for all the areas listed above:

Standard Delivery – [e.g. 6,000 UGX] within Kampala & nearby towns along main roads.

  • The exact fee may be adjusted slightly per order depending on your exact location.
  • If your area is very deep / off the main road, our team will call you after you place the order to confirm:
    • Whether we can deliver there, and
    • If there is any extra delivery charge.

3. Delivery Time

  • Kampala & very nearby towns: usually same day or next day, depending on time of order and rider availability.
  • Outer nearby towns (end of corridors): usually 1–2 days.

We will contact you by phone/WhatsApp to confirm your address and delivery time after you place your order.

4. Areas Outside Our Current Coverage

If you are far outside the areas mentioned above:

  • You can still place an order,
  • Our team will review your location and call you to:
    • Confirm if we can deliver,
    • Inform you of the delivery cost or suggest a pickup / relay point near a main town.

We are gradually expanding to more districts and towns as our logistics grow.
