General warranty information

Some products sold on Santon Aura Fashions (SAF) may come with a warranty from the manufacturer or from the vendor. Where a warranty is available, it will be clearly mentioned on the product page or in the product description. If a warranty is not mentioned, the product is usually covered only by our normal return and refund rules.

Warranties are mainly applicable to certain categories such as electronics, appliances and gadgets. Fashion items and many everyday products typically do not carry a formal warranty, but they must still be delivered in good condition and as described.

What a warranty usually covers

In general, a warranty is intended to cover manufacturing defects and faults that are not caused by the customer. Examples include:

  • Product stops working normally within the warranty period under normal use
  • Internal component failure not due to physical impact or misuse
  • Defects in materials or workmanship that affect performance

Each product or vendor may have their own specific warranty terms, and those will always apply in addition to this general guidance.

What a warranty does not cover

Most warranties do not cover:

  • Physical damage caused by drops, impact or misuse
  • Water or liquid damage, unless the product is clearly marked as water-resistant and used within those limits
  • Damage caused by wrong voltage, wrong chargers, unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear (for example, fading of fabric after long use)
  • Consumables such as batteries, cables or accessories unless specified

Any abuse, intentional damage or use outside the recommended instructions can void the warranty.

Warranty period

The length of the warranty depends on the product and vendor. For some electronics, the warranty may be a few months up to one year, while fashion and basic items may have no formal warranty. Please check the product page for details. If you are not sure, you may contact us before ordering to confirm.

Repairs and service

When a product with warranty develops a problem within the warranty period:

  1. Contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID, clear photos or videos and a short description of the issue.
  2. Our team will review your case and may coordinate with the vendor or manufacturer for assessment.
  3. Depending on the warranty terms, the item may be:
    • Repaired,
    • Replaced with a new or similar item, or
    • Refunded, where appropriate and agreed.

In some cases, you may be asked to bring or send the item to a service point or collection point for inspection.

Products without warranty

Many products such as clothes, shoes, bags, beauty items and accessories may not have a formal warranty. However, they must still be:

  • New and unused,
  • As described on the website, and
  • Free from obvious defects at the time of delivery.

Customer responsibility

To keep your warranty valid, we encourage you to:

  • Keep your order confirmation and any warranty card or invoice
  • Use the product according to the instructions provided
  • Avoid unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Report issues as soon as you notice them

Failure to follow basic care instructions may result in the warranty being refused.
